No minimum commitment and no minimum monthly spend. You can use our services as little or as much as you need. Some services, like DID numbers and Cloud PBX, have a minimum billing unit (one month), but there are no penalty fees for low usage months. Enterprise customers who commit to annual volume targets may qualify for additional discounts.

Yes. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your monthly usage. The more messages you send or minutes you call, the lower your per-unit rate. Discount tiers are calculated monthly and applied to all usage within that month. For very high-volume customers, we offer custom rate cards — contact our sales team to discuss your expected volumes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards for instant top-ups. Bank transfers (SEPA within Europe, international wire for other regions) are accepted for larger amounts. PayPal is available as an alternative payment method. Enterprise customers can arrange NET-30 invoiced billing with direct debit or bank transfer. All prices are listed in USD; EUR and GBP billing is available on request.

No. There are no setup fees, activation fees, or onboarding charges for any of our standard services. You create an account, configure your services, and pay only for usage. The only exception is custom enterprise deployments (hosted call centers, managed VoIP platforms) which may include a one-time setup fee for complex configurations — this is always quoted upfront before you commit.

Yes. All services can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Changes to monthly plans (Cloud PBX, DID numbers) take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Usage-based services (SMS, voice) can be stopped immediately. There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties. Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
