Our Cloud PBX plans support from 8 to 160+ concurrent call channels, with no fixed limit on the number of extensions (users/devices). Even our smallest plan can support dozens of registered extensions — the concurrent call limit determines how many calls can be active at the same time, not how many phones can be connected. Larger organizations should choose a plan based on expected peak concurrent call volume.
